Conferences

Watermark delivers four key conferences each year – our annual Watermark Conference for Women Silicon Valley and our half-day Watermark Innovation Conference, Watermark Leadership Conference and Watermark Entrepreneur Conference. All are open to members and non-members, women and men and non-binary, all functions and all industries. And if you have a child or other younger person in your life who would benefit from our conferences, bring them! We welcome everyone.

The health and safety for the members and sponsors of our Watermark community are our priority. With the information provided by the Center for Disease Control (CDC), local counties and health authorities, we are currently converting all our workshops to online and postponing in person workshops. We are actively exploring new ways to bring the important connection experience to you digitally and thank you for your patience and understanding as we all navigate this together. We urge everyone to follow the guidelines and protocols put forth by public health officials.

Watermark Innovation

Innovation Conference

Regardless of your age, industry, function or professional experience, innovation is imperative for your company’s success and for your own. Every day, there’s something to learn, incorporate, update, refresh, launch and push ahead.

Invest in a half-day and get up to speed on the innovations that matter most. Watermark’s Innovation Conference covers the “news” you can use, sparks conversations, fosters new collaborations – and provides helpful tips and tools that you can take with you.

Our next conference is virtual and take place on July 23rd and 24th.

Learn more about leadership, and yourself, at this very special conference. This year, we featured a number of high profile speakers and workshops, including John Chambers in conversation with Jessica Aguirre. Entrepreneur Month

Our Entrepreneur Month focuses on women with an entrepreneurial spirit, CEOs, founders and co-founders. In an effort to bring programming to our Entrepreneur members throughout the year, there has been a strategic decision to shift from a full-day program to quarterly programming with the launch of our new Entrepreneur Mastermind Group. This is a group of professional women who are the CEOs and/or founders and co-founders of companies and viewed as leaders in their communities. They are at various stages from pre-launch, through funding series A & B, as well as pre-IPO. These quarterly self-facilitated sessions launched in October 2019. The group gathers to discuss challenges, successes and support one another, following a Mastermind format or Jeffersonian Salon. This will allow for greater impact and resources for Entrepreneurs to grow their companies.

The Mastermind Group is paired with a Speaker Series with the foremost thought-leaders, VCs, and successful serial-preneurs to bring you a robust and comprehensive program.
