Watermark has formed a new alliance with Paradigm for Parity (P4P) – a coalition of CEOs, senior executives, founders, board members and business academics who are committed to women and men sharing equal power, status and opportunity. Our ultimate goal: achieve full gender parity by 2030, with a near-term goal of women holding at least 30% of senior roles.
Parity.org – Parity.org exists to bring gender parity to the highest levels of business, where the gender gap is most acute. We ask companies to take the ParityPledge® to commit to simply interview at least one qualified woman for every open role, VP and higher—including the C-Suite and the Board. No quotas. No deadlines. Together, we can reach gender parity.
