The Latina Coalition educates, prepares and connects Latinas in the areas of civic engagement and leadership development as an expression of shared values of service, commitment and appreciation for the Latinas who have paved the way for success. 

Paradigm for Parity

Watermark has formed a new alliance with Paradigm for Parity (P4P) – a coalition of CEOs, senior executives, founders, board members and business academics who are committed to women and men sharing equal power, status and opportunity. Our ultimate goal: achieve full gender parity by 2030, with a near-term goal of women holding at least 30% of senior roles.

P4P’s Five-Point Roadmap calls for CEOs and business leaders to:

• Minimize or Eliminate Unconscious Bias
• Significantly Increase the Number of Women in Senior Operating Roles
• Measure Targets at Every Level and Communicate Progress and Results Regularly
• Base Career Progress on Business Results and Performance, Not on Presence
• Identify Women of Potential and Give Them Sponsors as Well as Mentors
