Are you stuck in a repetitive cycle as a leader (or future leader), about how to measure yourself, your team, your environment, in more accurate, effective ways, to expedite the pace of positive change? Life Hacks to Become a Power Leader with Sarah Deane, the woman behind the Data, Experience Design and Algorithms of EffectUX, will help you learn the key behaviors for being a positively energized leader and discover practical daily life-hacks to maximize your time, energy and capacity.

Below are the questions and exercises we encourage you to share with your colleagues to discuss in association with the webinar:

  1. Which 3 words would you say describe your values?
  2. Now that you know the 12 Factors, how are you doing in each area personally?
  3. How are you cultivating positively energizing behaviors within your teams?
    Note: You can think of with your employees if you are a people manager or project teams/groups you work with if you are an individual contributor.
  4. Role modeling positively energizing behaviors helps foster productive and positive workplace cultures. How are you role-modeling the characteristics of being a power leader at work to promote this throughout the organization (beyond your direct teams)?
  5. Which area do you want work on for yourself in the next 30 days? What committed action will you take?
  6. What could your organization do to help foster a more positively energized culture?
