Ann Barlow is Partner and President of Peppercomm West Coast and Managing Director of the agency’s creative/digital group. For more than 25 years, she has counseled b2b and b2c companies of all sizes, nonprofit organizations and universities.
Together with teams from Peppercomm’s offices and affiliates around the globe, she has advocated for clients’ positions with consumers and the public, NGOs and government, and the financial and business communities. Her personal passions are executive presentation coaching, crisis management and digital communications.
A graduate of the University of Illinois, Ann is on the board of Illini West and is past board chair of the Professional BusinessWomen of California. Partner, BMW i Ventures
Zach Barasz joined BMW i Ventures in 2017. i Ventures is a €500m fund created to support technology companies reimagining transportation, manufacturing, and mobility. His investment focus is on autonomous driving, industry 4.0, electric mobility, and AI / data applications. At BMW, he has led investments in Proterra, Xometry, and a stealth sensor technology business.
Before joining i Ventures, Zach was a Senior Associate at Kleiner Perkins Caufield and Byers (KPCB) in the Green Growth Fund (GGF), a $1b fund focused on high growth companies leading in sustainable ways. At GGF, he focused on transportation and services business across sectors. Before KPCB, he was an Associate at Altamont Capital Partners, spent time as a consultant at The Boston Consulting Group, and has worked in strategy at the Wildlife Conservation Society, a leading international conservation organization.
Zach earned his degrees in Economics and Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania, and he holds an M.B.A. from Stanford University's Graduate School of Business.
Mary Ann Bianco
As Vice President, Customer Success, for Oracle, Mary Ann Bianco is responsible for the delivery of support services to Oracle’s largest and most strategic customer base. Successful delivery of services to Oracle’s most complex and demanding customer base is the primary focus of this customer advocacy/support organization.
Mary Ann currently sits on the Oracle executive steering committee for the Oracle Women’s Leadership (OWL) program, a global diversity initiative at Oracle directed at talent management and leadership, where she has been an active participant in leading change since 2004.
Mary Ann also served as Vice President, Business Development, Appliances, Marketing and Sales Development, where she led the worldwide Go-To-Market function for Oracle’s Server Appliance. She led a cross-functional and cross-divisional overlay business development organization that drove sales through a worldwide channel strategy. She also was Vice President, HP Business Unit, and was responsible for co-engineering, marketing and alliances for the Oracle/HP partnership.
Before being recruited to Oracle, Mary Ann was a Director of Global Strategic Alliances at Siemens Corporation where she was responsible for the global partner organization. Mary Ann studied at Boston University and graduated summa cum laude with a master’s degree in Educational Administration and a bachelor’s degree in Education from Slippery Rock University. She serves on the board of directors for Watermark and is a Watermark Make Your Mark award winner. She is a recipient of the 2010 Tribute to Women in Industry (TWIN) award from the YMCA and sits on the Engineering Advisory Council for San Jose State University.

Ana Corrales is Vice President, Google Store and Operations, Alphabet. She is a well-known people leader with a knack for growing startup businesses into multi-billion-dollar companies.
Prior to Google, Ana was Senior Vice President of Product Operations at Cisco Systems. And in 2006, she co-founded and served on the board of a solar startup. As the acting CEO, Ana successfully sold the company in 2010.
Ana serves on the board of directors for Watermark and is a Watermark Make Your Mark award winner. She has been honored with the "Most Powerful and Influential Women Award" from the National Diversity Council, the "Tribute to Women Award" from the YMCA and the "Industry Leader Award" from the Professional Business Women of California.
Partner and President, DeWinter Group
As a Partner at the DeWinter Group, Derek DeWinter helps to lead his organization and maintain its position as the premier finance and technology search firm in the Bay Area. In addition to working with clients and candidates, Derek helps set strategic direction, develop business, hire and train and occasionally shares a funny story picked up during his 20+ years in the search business.
In addition to the DeWinter Group, Derek currently serves as President of a National Search Organization called AAFA – The American Association of Finance & Accounting, and is on the board of directors for Watermark and the Los Gatos Chapter of boys team charity (btc). Derek graduated from Santa Clara University and lives in Los Gatos, with his wife and three children. He has lived in Oakland, Michigan, Germany and Oahu but is from Maui and yes, has been known to surf, spearfish and can talk pidgin if necessary.
Stacey Ferreira is an Arizona native who co-founded her first company, a single sign on company called MySocialCloud, when she graduated from high school. She attracted investors like Sir Richard Branson, Jerry Murdock and Alex Welch through Twitter who invested $1.2M in the business when she was just 18 years old. In 2013, Stacey sold MySocialCloud.com to Reputation.com and went on to publish her first best-selling book called 2 Billion Under 20: How Millennials Are Breaking Down Age Barriers & Changing the World.
Stacey is currently the CEO of Forge, an enterprise workforce management software that empowers hourly employees to work on-demand while providing retailers the tools needed to source, hire, manage and retain their workforces.
In addition to her entrepreneurial work, Stacey serves on the board of directors for Watermark, and she was one of 20 Thiel Fellows selected for the 2015 Thiel Fellowship. Stacey is a US State Department Speaker who has given speeches about entrepreneurship in Russia, Egypt, Cameroon and the Central African Republic, to name a few. She is featured in Forbes 30 Under 30.
Managing Partner (SV) and IP Trial Attorney, Duane Morris
Karineh Khachatourian is Managing Partner of the Duane Morris Silicon Valley office, practicing in the area of intellectual property litigation and counseling. She is also a member of the firm's governing Partners Board.
Karineh is an established IP litigator with a technology focus on enterprise and consumer electronics products. In short, through her experience and vast network, Karineh solves her clients’ IP problems.
Her domestic and international litigation and counseling experience includes utility and design patent infringement, licensing and other IP contract disputes such as inventorship and ownership issues; trade secret misappropriation, particularly with competitors and departing employees; trademark infringement disputes, obtaining and defeating preliminary injunctions in the United States and Germany and inter partes review proceedings at the United States Patent and Trademark office. Karineh also has experience with the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA).
Karineh is deeply involved with Silicon Valley networking organizations. She serves on the board of directors for Watermark and the Executive Committee, and she co-leads of Watermark's General Counsel Network. She’s also a Watermark Make Your Mark award winner.
Karineh is an advisory board member of IP Counsel Café; a partner with Leading Women in Technology as well as with Chips, an organization that advances women in IP law; and is the co-founder of Salonnieres, a social organization for women professionals. Karineh received the Silicon Valley Business Journal's Women of Influence award in 2013 and was selected by The Recorders one of its 2013 Women Leaders in Tech Law.
Felicia Mayo is the Head of Diversity and Inclusion at Tesla. Prior to that, she was Vice President, Global Talent Acquisition and Authenticity and Inclusion for Juniper Networks where she had the unique opportunity to work with employees, leaders and the marketplace globally while transforming the approach to talent and diversity for Juniper Networks and in the industry.
She started her career with PriceWaterhouseCoopers as a Benefits Research Analyst after graduating with a B.A. of Political Science from North Carolina State University. PwC afforded her the opportunity to lean into her leadership capabilities by leading one of the largest outsourced defined contributions accounts. PwC set the foundation for Felicia to continue her career growth in high-tech in Silicon Valley, starting with Siebel Systems and then Oracle.
Felicia serves on the board of directors for Watermark, and she co-leads the Watermark CHRO Network. She is an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc. Rho Delta Omega Chapter located in Palo Alto. She has served as Vice President, Committee leader and Mentor to undergraduates at Stanford University.
Merline Saintil is the head of operations for the Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at Intuit. She is an international technology executive, business advisor and operations expert, having distinguished herself as a leader in fast-growing sectors of cloud computing, mobile, online payments and commerce. In this role, she brings her wealth of experience to drive operational rigor, business operations and scale to Intuit’s business and technology efforts.
She was previously the head of global engineering operations for mobile and emerging products at Yahoo, where she was part of their massive platform shift to mobile. She has been involved in the process of creating software as well as managing global teams to produce world-class products in a variety of positions at Sun Microsystems, Adobe, PayPal and Joyent, Inc.
In addition to her business interests, Merline serves the board of directors for Watermark and is a Watermark Make Your Mark award winner. She also serves on the alumni board of Carnegie Mellon University and the board of Technovation Challenge. Merline advises several Bay Area startups and nonprofit organizations and serves as an advisor and judge to Congresswoman Anna Eshoo (CA-18) in her district for the mobile app challenge for high school students sponsored by the U.S. House of Representatives.
Upon graduating as valedictorian, Merline earned bachelor’s degree in computer science from Florida A&M University, summa cum laude. She also attended Stanford University where she completed an executive education program in Management Science and Engineering. She earned her master’s degree from Carnegie Mellon University. She was most recently Senior Vice President of Marvell Semiconductor, where she oversaw the Smart Networked Devices and Solutions Business Organization, developing and bringing to the market cutting-edge semiconductor products that address new growth areas in IoT, networking and customer-specific chipsets. Prior to Marvell, Maya held a number of senior executive roles within Ericsson and directed projects around the world.Maya has received a number of awards and has been recognized by both Sweden and Silicon Valley for her achievements, including supporting women in leadership.

Nicole Ward is Western Regional Director of BDO USA, the fifth largest, global public accounting and professional services firm, providing assurance, tax, financial advisory and consulting services to a wide range of publicly traded and privately held companies.
During the course of her business career, Nicole has held leadership roles in marketing, business development, management, strategic planning, training and staffing. Leigh Wasson brings 28 years of investment management and client relationship experience to her role as a Senior Wealth Director at BNY Mellon Wealth Management.
