About the Speaker

Kerrie Halmi is an executive coach and leadership facilitator.  She has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources and leadership.  She held leadership positions at KB Homes and General Mills.  Kerrie started Halmi Performance Consulting in 2001 to focus on developing senior leaders through one-on-one coaching and team development.  She developed and leads Platinum Exchange, a women’s leadership program which has had over 400 participants.  Kerrie got her Bachelor’s degree at University of Illinois and her MBA from University of Michigan.  She lives in Oakland with her husband, two teenage daughters and three dogs.
