Weekly Virtual Office Hours -The Power of Emotional Intelligence For Navigating Tough Timeswith Joie Seldon

Life as usual . . . isn’t. The future is unknown. How you cope with strong emotions during this time will have a big impact on how you come through it. Emotional Intelligence expert Joie Seldon explains how emotions actually work and how we can utilize them as a valuable resource for navigating challenging times. Join Joie Seldon as she discusses Emotional Intelligence When Times Are Tough. During this conversation, we will talk about how and why emotions function the way they do, and how to access the valuable information they hold.

The session will include:

  • The key to using emotions as problem-solvers rather than problem-causers.
  • Tools for diminishing anxiety and other strong emotions
  • Why Emotional Intelligence increases self-trust
Watermark's new Weekly Virtual Office Hours are an opportunity to ask your questions and get immediate answers, solutions and recommendations for the issues that you face. The 30-45-minute session is face-to-face, allowing you and others to connect with the expert thinkers, leaders and solution-driven people you want to meet. Bring a cup of coffee, tea, and a snack during this personal and real conversation.
