This is an interactive Q&A session. Please be prepared to have your audio and video connected; when you join, please mute your audio.

Are you taking care of yourself? In situations of stress, especially unanticipated ones that require quick response, we often forget to "put on our own oxygen masks before helping others". In this unique period of time during a health crisis, we are all responding differently. One of our favorite physicians, Dr. Hemalee Patel, who will share ways to:

  • The high-level current Coronavirus status in the Bay Area
  • Impact on your mental and emotional awareness, and self-care tips
  • Impact on your physical-self, and self-care tips
  • Identify the signs of stress and what you need to do when overwhelmed
Watermark's new Weekly Virtual Office Hours are an opportunity to ask your questions and get immediate answers, solutions and recommendations for the issues that you face. The 30-minute session is face-to-face, allowing you and others to connect with the expert thinkers, leaders and solution-driven people you want to meet. Bring a cup of coffee, tea, and a snack during this personal and real conversation.
