Culture, Structure, and Support: The Building Blocks of Trans Workplace Inclusion

Transgender inclusion is an issue that lives at the intersection of gender inclusion and LGBTQ+ inclusion in many workplaces, and companies have been slow to translate their vocal support for this community into concrete outcomes. In this exclusive webinar, DEI consultant Lily Zheng will illuminate the culture-hacking, policymaking, and ERG support that companies can use to create trans workplace inclusion. Expect to be challenged with new ideas, and leave with concrete inclusion practices and strategies that you can use immediately.
