We often get caught up in our day-to-day tasks, to-do lists, and other action items. With this everyday whirlwind, we often lose sight of ourselves professionally — our strengths, goals, company mission and vision — the big picture. In this methodical, impactful, and dynamic webinar by Gladys Kong, CEO of UberMedia, she’ll teach you ways to rediscover your own strengths and how to apply them to your company’s initiatives. By taking a look at your own work and recognizing your past achievements, Gladys will take you through how to bring these things to your seat at your company’s table.

Here’s what you’ll take away from this webinar:

  • How to identify your different passions and strengths, and how to apply those things into your work

  • When to re-evaluate and refresh your goals and how to align them back to the bigger picture

  • Ways to find and connect with mentors inside and outside your company
