Innovation isn’t an individual endeavor; it’s a team sport. The art of building innovative teams requires skill, vision, perseverance and the right culture. How do groups of distinct individuals become high-functioning teams? What are the toughest challenges and best practices in overcoming them? Whether at the earliest startup stages, inside enormous organizations or across an entire ecosystem, this panel will dive into practical team-building steps for an (often) impractical world.

1:45 p.m. - 2:45 p.m. The Chemistry Group | A Hands-on Workshop

Innovation is more than just technology changing how we do business, but rather how to do business for good. Big and small, public and private, for-profit and nonprofit, how we do business is changing in a demanding world that needs more than just profits. By integrating a "give-back" model to their business, learn more about how these thought-provoking companies and organizations are winning consumers, customers, members, partners, and the general public by driving technology to advance women in positions of leadership and that makes our world a better place.
