Innovation 2020: Designing the Future

Join us to explore the courageous innovations that will inspire our teams and companies to grow and thrive — no matter what is going on in the world around us.

“Innovation” means something different this year. Institutions are failing around us, employees and businesses are stressed, and we can no longer ‘unsee’ the systemic inequities that hold so many people back from their full potential. Easy fixes are elusive. But crises can bring out the best in us, leading to solutions that might have seemed improbable or impossible just a few months ago.
We have an extraordinary opportunity to pause and consider what we want to take from this time. How do we innovate with compassion and empathy? How do we design a future we all want?
Join us at this virtual, solution-oriented conference, as we ask hard questions and challenge leaders to embrace the kind of courageous innovation that leads to equitable success. Our speakers and panelists will include leaders, thinkers, researchers, and entrepreneurs with uncommon experience and deep insights, including an original keynote with Moms Demand Action founder Shannon Watts in conversation with violence disrupter Julius Thibodeaux. We will actively solicit attendee's ideas and solutions before and during the event. Register now and we’ll see you soon.
