According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the number of employees who voluntarily leave their jobs has increased in recent years, jumping a full 10.4% between 2014 and 2015. Many leave because they are unsatisfied with their jobs, bosses, or workplaces. But what would have made them stay?
At our Make Your Mark Awards in November, Watermark announced our plans to partner with the Center for Creative Leadership to create a research initiative designed to better understand what today’s leaders want from their workplaces in order to create better workplaces for all:
What makes you want to stay at an organization?
What makes you want to leave?
What leadership development opportunities do you wish people would give you?
What elements will be most key to successful organizations and leadership in the future?
Please take our 10-15 minute online survey and let us know what you want from work! All leader levels are welcome and all responses are anonymous, voluntary and confidential. Responses from both women and men are welcome and needed.
