Through the Watermark Institute Board Access™ Program, we prepare and advocate for the inclusion of senior executive women on boards of directors.

    Evaluate board readiness for non-profit, private and/or public board participation
  2. Coaching Sessions
    Develop action plans, and review progress toward achieving a board seat
  3. Interview with a professional board recruiter
    Learn what they look for and how to best position yourself as board material

    Connect with a Board Chair, Nominating Committee Chair, CEO and/or sitting board member
  5. Board Simulation
    Test yourself by playing the role of a director on the board of a company that’s facing a critical challenge

    Network with other top-ranking women in business

Board Access™ is for Watermark women who fully intend to make achieving a Board of Directors position the next step in their career path. This individualized program is a one-year course, built around your schedule, with one objective: earning a spot on the board.
