In Six Steps to Successful Negotiations, facilitator Ching Valdezco introduces us to a process and skills that will build our confidence and help us foster creative solutions, measurable results and stronger long-term relationships. In this interactive workshop, we’ll create a plan for an upcoming negotiation that we’re preparing for. We’ll use that scenario to help us learn and apply the six steps to a successful negotiation.
