As a leader and influencer in gender equality, you work hard every day to advance leadership opportunities for women’s empowerment. Please join us as we delve into the exciting new landscape of gender-lens investing, how it’s making such a positive impact in the corporate, non-profit and investment arenas – and what that means for you, both professionally and personally.

BNY Mellon’s Return on Equality research, conducted in partnership with the UN Foundation with research support from McKinsey & Company, shows that investing in companies that advance gender equality in their workplaces, as well as through their products and services, has a direct impact on the bottom line. Gender equality is a precursor for growth – $300 billion worth, in fact, according to the research.

As part of our Women, Wealth and Wisdom series, BNY Mellon’s Heidi DuBois, Global Head of Corporate Social Responsibility and Social Investing, shares new data and insights on gender-lens investing in:

• Gender-diverse companies
• Women-owned/women-led enterprises
• Companies whose products and services help advance gender equality

A panel discussion follows.

Learn how best to direct your investment dollars in ways that support the issues you and others around the world care most about – and see your return on equality grow alongside your financial returns.
