The word ‘Watermark’ literally means “the highest point to which water has risen.” The organization Watermark is a community of executive women, who have risen to the top of their fields—coming together to meet, connect, share and inspire.

We are a non-profit membership and development organization. We create content and opportunities that help top executive women accelerate our careers and tap into the power of networking with other top women executives.
